The Wheat Alternative selection was born in 2009 to build on Lifestyle Bakery’s passion to craft baked goods that are filled with flavour and nutrition whilst catering to individual requirements.

Please note: The term "Wheat Alternative" refers to products made without the use of traditional wheat (Triticum aestivum). Many with wheat allergies find spelt to be acceptable in their diet, however spelt contains similar structures to traditional wheat.
